The fridge didn’t work properly.

I had a pleasant stay while visiting some local attractions. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the mobile check-in and being able to select my room. The staff were friendly, and I loved the variety of snacks available in their convenience store. However, the noise from neighboring rooms could be improved for a quieter experience.

The reasons I’m conflicted

The staff was absolutely wonderful, particularly the night receptionist who helped with a wheelchair for my husband after surgery and provided disinfectant wipes. Truly caring service made a difference during our stay.

I encountered slow drainage in the shower, which was quite inconvenient and points to some maintenance issues that need addressing during my visit.

I really appreciated the beautiful lobby and the accessibility features, including wide pathways and convenient seating areas, making it easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, enhancing my overall experience.

Improve sound insulation between rooms for quieter stays.

Staff provided excellent assistance for my husband’s wheelchair needs. The internet was slow.

Checking in through the mobile app was a breeze, and I loved having a mobile key to my King Room. The outdoor swimming pool and the cozy jacuzzi were perfect to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the front desk tried to charge a higher deposit than usual, but it didn't ruin my great experience! 😊

I recently had the chance to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in San Bernardino. My room, a King Room, looked clean upon arrival. The amenities were decent, like the coffee machine and heating. However, I ran into issues with the shower drainage, which took away from my overall satisfaction. The noise from the hallway was also disruptive at times, especially during late hours. I appreciated the front desk staff, who were generally friendly and responded quickly to my inquiries. There were some upsides, too. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, which I really enjoyed. The location was convenient for my travel plans, making it easy to get around. Despite some hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant, but I did expect a bit more in terms of comfort and maintenance.

Great hotel with free parking, fast internet access, and a lovely outdoor pool. The friendly staff even gave me great travel tips during my first visit. Highly recommend for a city trip!

The breakfast comes at a pretty steep price for what is essentially a standard continental spread, which feels unnecessary considering the room rates. Pillows in the King Room with Roll-In Shower are lumpy and thin—definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep. While the coffee maker has pods, it lacks water, which isn’t the best setup if you need a caffeine fix in the morning. The thermostat control in room 116 had its quirks, making it difficult to lock in a comfortable temperature. An empty minibar felt a bit stingy for a room priced as such.

Impeccably clean with great dining options

I recently stayed in a Queen Evolution Room and found it impeccably clean with very helpful staff throughout my visit. The restaurant offered a fantastic breakfast cooked to order, which exceeded my expectations for hotel dining. The location was easy to access from the highway, though the noise from the kitchen fans early in the morning was a bit disruptive.
